1. GENERAL
1.1 The use of personal data by Pro-Logistik-Team, Internationale Speditions GmbH, based at Carl-Hagen-Straße 2 in 83080 Oberaudorf, is governed by the applicable legal regulations and the consent given by the user to the use of their data.
1.2 Pro-Logistik-Team operates an international forwarding company. Freight services can be obtained from the Pro Logistics team. The offers are provided by Pro-Logistik-Team in-house. The subject of the contract is the use of the services of Pro-Logistik-Team (the “Service”). The services of Pro-Logistik-Team are used by users (the “User”).
1.3 Pro-Logistik-Team is aware that the protection and careful handling of the user's personal data is very important. Since data protection is very important to Pro-Logistik-Team, Pro-Logistik-Team strictly adheres to the legal regulations applicable in Germany (GDPR, Telecommunications Act (TKG/TMG)) when using this data.
1.4 The user is required to read the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Pro-Logistik-Team regarding the subject matter of the contract, the user's obligations, limitations of liability and numerous other important information on the Pro-Logistik-Team website under the domain (www.pro- Visit Logistik.com).
2. COLLECTION OF DATA
2.1 Pro-Logistik-Team collects and stores any information that the user provides on the homepage through inquiries of any kind or that the user provides to Pro-Logistik-Team in any other way, for example on site. Pro-Logistik-Team uses the user's personal data to the extent permitted by law and otherwise only with the user's consent
2.2 Pro-Logistik-Team uses the following personal data of the user: company, name, email address, telephone number, booking details.
3. PURPOSE OF DATA USE
3.1 We process your data as part of the fulfillment of the contract for the following purposes: a) To carry out requested shipments b) To create invoices. c) To create a booking history. You can object to this data processing. A revocation will mean that we will no longer process your data for the purposes mentioned above from this point onwards. Please note that Pro-Logistik-Team services cannot continue to be used if you revoke your consent. To revoke your consent, please contact: sst@pro-logistik.com.
3.2 If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we process your data to send you our newsletter. You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time directly via a link in the newsletter emails or by email to: team@pro-logistik.com.
3.3 We store your data for the duration of the collaboration. By default these are deleted 10 years after the last booking. Data that is on an invoice or is necessary for creating an invoice will be retained for longer due to the legal retention period. After the retention period has expired, this data will also be deleted.
4. DATA SECURITY
4.1 For reasons of data security, personal data is stored in a closed system (Translogica) and protected with a password.
4.2 If Pro-Logistik-Team becomes aware that the user's data has been used systematically and seriously unlawfully and that the user is at risk of harm as a result, Pro-Logistik-Team will inform the user immediately.
4.3 The Pro-Logistik-Team website contains links to other services or websites. Pro-Logistik-Team is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of other websites. If the user follows the link to another website, the user is solely responsible for familiarizing themselves with the privacy policy of that other website. Restrict Pro-Logistik Team's privacy policy refers only to information processed by Pro-Logistik-Team.
4.4 Pro-Logistik-Team uses other processors in addition to Translogica for this data processing.
